As a Training & Curriculum Specialist, you play an important role in supporting and encouraging a staff member’s ability to understand cognitive development. It is through this understanding that a staff member can and will design developmentally appropriate, integrated curricular experiences. This course will help you work with your staff as they plan experiences across the curriculum. You will learn about adult learners, supporting a diverse workforce, curriculum design and approaches, adaptive curriculums, and helping staff embrace ethnicity and culture.
