Training & Curriculum Specialists, Program Managers and above will be automatically enrolled in all courses in their track. However, when a new account is created for a Direct Care staff member, they will not be automatically enrolled in any courses. All courses in a track will display the “Unenrolled” status until the Direct Care staff member is enrolled in them by their Training & Curriculum Specialist or Program Manager (See Course Enrollment). After the Direct Care staff member is enrolled in a course, the course status will change to “Enrolled”.
After a staff member starts working on their lessons, the course and lesson statuses will change to “In-Progress”. When a Direct Care staff member Requests Review of their completed lesson (See DC: Lesson Approval & Certification) the lesson status will change to “Pending”. Pending status means that there are items pending review by a Training & Curriculum Specialist or Program Manager. The amount of lessons pending approval will be shown by the course status. Once the lesson is approved, the lesson status will change to “Completed”. After all the lessons within a course have been completed and approved, the course status will change to Completed.
