By anticipating potential issues and communicating proactively, you can often eliminate conflict. Here are some common sources of conflict when it comes to parental expectations:
Take some time and reflect on common concerns that families have expressed at your program. One way to address concerns is to create a Frequently Asked Questions section in your family handbook where you can provide rationale behind each answer.
