Safety Patrol – Continually move and scan, looking for safety and health hazards. Cheerleader – Encourage active engagement and participate in exploration. Host – Welcome children outdoors. Provoke conversations. Ask questions. Answer questions. Designer – Provide equipment, props and materials to extend and enhance outdoor opportunities.
