Designed to support service providers working with military families, OneOp is a virtual professional development platform created in partnership with the Department of Defense and experts from land-grant universities. It delivers high-quality, research-informed training across a variety of disciplines. The platform offers valuable resources for program leaders seeking to enhance staff development and improve outcomes for military-connected children, youth, and families.
One such resource is the August 2025 Military Family Readiness Academy, a six week long program that will spotlight adolescent well-being and address the unique challenges faced by youth in active-duty military families. Academy learners will explore strategies and resources to better support positive youth development, including how to foster a sense of belonging, support the well-being of youth with disabilities, and build resilience and self-advocacy in teens. The Academy includes a live panel discussion and three interdisciplinary webinars led by experts in military-connected youth.
Registration for the 2025 Military Family Readiness Academy is now open on the OneOp website. Learn more on OneOp.org.
