- How to advocate for and communicate with families about the importance of a positive approach to child guidance
- The importance of the daily routines and schedule, and how the program environment affects children's behaviors
- How to build relationships with children's families to address challenging behavior
- The importance of designing supports for yourself that promote your knowledge and use of positive guidance practices
